This preserve lies along the Little Traverse Wheelway, a beautiful pond, and winds through a forested wetland. Bring lunch and a water bottle. Snacks and extra water will be provided. Be prepared to bend forward, kneel on boardwalk, and swat away the mosquitoes. Please let us know you are coming so we can plan ahead.\nMeet at the parking area at Hailand/Helstrom Family Nature Preserve, 4855 West Conway Road, Harbor Springs.\n
