Dear LTC Members:
In order for the Little Traverse Conservancy to change its Articles of Incorporation, an electronic meeting of the membership is required. To accomplish this, a Zoom meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at 2pm. A minimum of 25 members must be in attendance.
Purpose of the meeting:
- To remove outdated indemnification language in the original articles of incorporation. (Updated language has been added to the Conservancy’s By-Laws to replace the outdated language).
- To confirm that the Conservancy is organized as a membership organization.
