Nestled within the Drummond Island archipelago, “Botsford Island” is surrounded by the tranquil waters of Whitney Bay, an essential haven for migrating birds. Spanning 11 acres with 2,000 feet of frontage on Whitney Bay (Lake Huron), the island offers rich watershed, wetland, and wildlife habitat protection. Its value is further enhanced by LTC’s neighboring 93-acre Whitney Bay Nature Preserve, creating an even greater sanctuary for nature and conservation.
