Land Description
Located off US-131 just south of Boyne Falls, this preserve includes open fields, mixed hardwoods, and hills from which Boyne Mountain views are situated to the west of the land. Little Traverse Conservancy built an overlook platform at the highest point of the preserve. The land is adjacent to the local school’s 160-acre forest.
Trail Description
Nearly 1.5 miles long, the trail weaves through the property, including a covered overlook with seasonal views.
History
Donated by Art Saworski, who had a deep love of the land, he built his retirement home adjacent to the preserve.

From the light at the US-131 intersection in Boyne Falls, continue 1.5 miles south along US-131. Turn left onto Metros Road. Cross the railroad tracks, and the parking area is on the left.
