Hunting on Little Traverse Conservancy Owned Lands

Only the parcels shown on the map below in red are open to hunting. Please note blue preserves are closed to hunting. Be aware of and do not hunt within the hunting safety buffers shown in yellow. Little Traverse Conservancy requires each person to fill out a Release and Hold Harmless Form (i.e., hunting permission form) to hunt on each parcel where hunting is allowed.

Using the permission form menus, please select and fill out the form for the parcel where you wish to hunt. Please note that there is a limit of four parcels per hunter. Hold the “Ctrl” key to select multiple counties and preserves.

Be sure to read over and understand the rules and policies that we require in addition to State and Federal hunting regulations. Also, please note that some parcels are open to unrestricted hunting, and some are limited to bow, shotgun, or waterfowl-only.

Please be sure to study and print the parcel map, become familiar with the boundaries, and be respectful of neighboring private property. If you encounter any problems using this online form or have any questions or comments, please contact the Little Traverse Conservancy Stewardship Department at (231) 347-0991.
