Exceptional in every way

May 31st!

Boyne City | Lake Charlevoix

In the wake of the recent ice storm (see video below), we’ve all been reminded how deeply connected we are to the land – and how quickly things can change.

At the same time, there’s an opportunity before us – one that speaks to resilience, restoration, and hope.

Known locally as “White Mountain,” this land embodies a rare opportunity for the creation of one of LTC’s largest working forest reserves in the Lower Peninsula. Totaling 654 acres, this expansive, pristine land is conveniently located near so many destinations. Here you will find rolling wooded hills, steep terrain, and deep forests. The pinnacle of the property gives an exceptional view of Lake Charlevoix and downtown Boyne City, an all-around “you need to see it to believe it” viewing peak. Recreational opportunities are plentiful.

When it comes to creating a legacy, nothing stands the test of time like land. You are helping to protect this special place forever.

Project goal: $3M

RAISED TO DATE: $2.4M

Would you like to make a transformational gift to protect "white Mountain"?
