Work Bee at Tanton Family Bike Trail

LTC will be co-hosting a trail maintenance workday with Top of Michigan Mountain Bike association to ready the Tanton Family Working Forest Reserve mountain bike trails for the season. Volunteers should meet at the Tanton Family Reserve parking area at 9:00 a.m. Please come dressed in appropriate work wear including gloves, footwear and layers to fit the weather that day, and bring a water bottle. Activities will include walking trail segments, removing downed limbs/trees, trimming brush, clearing natural drains and attending to any areas of erosion. All tools will be provided. A post trail work bike ride will be optional assuming trails are rideable and weather permitting. We look forward to getting out on the trail with you this spring!
