Would you like to name a nature preserve that could also include an extensive trail system in northern Michigan’s Upper Peninsula? This beautiful 88-acre property is a mixed forest with upland and lowland areas and includes 1,650 feet of frontage along Ashmun Creek.

This nature preserve will become a part of a larger trail system for the community. The preserve will highlight public access and recreation as well as wildlife habitat. LTC is working with OUTHouse Consortium, a Sault-based non-profit trail group and Rock Solid, a professional trail development team to build bike-optimized trails.
